Cut roundels and other concentric circles with the GEN2 Thinnerline Circle Cutter! Use the clear Center Locator to pinpoint the exact center of an existing object, such as a decal or a mask. Place the outer bearing frame in place to "lock-in" the location. Simply remove the center locator and and drop in the cutter, then start cutting. Perfect centering every time!
